CATEEL, Philippines - The death toll in the Philippines continues to rise following last week's massive typhoon.
Officials now say nearly 650 people have been killed and hundreds are still missing.
Among the missing, more than 100 fishermen and all are feared lost at sea.
Typhoon Bopha blew in from the Pacific Ocean last Tuesday, washing away entire villages in the southern Philippines.
The storm destroyed 210 million dollars worth of crops and officials say it could take years to rebuild.
