CLEVELAND -- Dense fog rolling through Northeast Ohio is slowing Wednesday morning commutes and delaying schools across the region.
A dense fog advisory is in effect until 9:30 a.m. for various counties.
More than a dozen iAlerts for delayed starts and cancelled morning classes came into the newsroom.
Commuters are slowed in regions impacted by the heavy fog.
By late morning most of the fog will burn off with the sunrise, but until then, take caution on the roads.
