Fugitive of the Week Marvin Mitchell was arrested without incident Monday night.

According to U.S. Marshals, they received a text tip that he was at a home and were able to make the arrest.

Marshals say Mitchell was found hiding in a crawl space under a front porch of a home on East 139th Street in Cleveland.

U.S. Marshal Pete Elliott said, "Once again a concerned citizen stepped forward to help justice prevail. The partnership we have with the people in this community to bring justice to the forefront tightens the bond that holds our cities together."

Mitchell had been wanted by U.S. Marshals and the Lakewood Police Department for aggravated robbery and also wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office for escape and by the Adult Parole Authority for a parole violation.

It is alleged that on Aug. 13  Mitchell was in Lakewood with three other males. Mitchell attempted to rob a high school student who was walking home.

Authorities say Mitchell pointed a handgun at the victim and demanded money and his cell phone. When the victim refused, Mitchell beat him with the gun.

The victim threw his cell phone to the ground.

After Mitchell grabbed the phone, he and the other 3 males fled on bicycles. Three of the four were caught a short time later but Mitchell had remained at large.
