Cleveland | Motorcyclist hospitalized after hit-skip

CLEVELAND -- Police are looking for a man suspected of hitting a motorcyclist before fleeing the scene early Sunday morning.

The crash happened around 12:20 a.m. on the city's east side.

According to police, the motorcyclist was headed east on Kinsman Avenue when he was hit by a car around East 121st Street. The car that hit the man continued east on Kinsman without stopping.

Witnesses say the car was light in color and may be missing the passenger side mirror. Police were not able to confirm those details.

The victim was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center for treatment. His condition is not known at this time.
