Fugitive accused of killing bystander during shootout

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Carvin Catron.

Catron is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cleveland Police Department for murder.

Catron is believed to be hiding somewhere in Cleveland. He also has a previous address near the 10500 block of Columbia Avenue in Cleveland.

It is alleged that on July 29, 2013, Catron got into a shootout with his brother John Catron. The fire fight took place near the 10500 block of Columbia Avenue in Cleveland.

During the exchange of gunfire, an innocent bystander was shot and killed.

Catron, 28, is black, stands 6'02" tall, weighs 179 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
