CLEVELAND -- Ariel Castro has now lost his freedom, locked up in jail on $8 million bond on multiple kidnapping and rape charges.   The Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's office tells WKYC's John Anderson that the investigation continues and cannot predict when the grand jury indictment will come down.

On Seymour Avenue, neighbors still have the boarded-up Castro house guarded by a sheriff's deputy 24-7 as a constant reminder.

What you don't see are the emotions of anger and guilt that have moved in here. But Pastor Horst Hoyer of the Immanueal Lutheran Church on the corner is trying to replace those negative feelings.

More police and the FBI are back in the neighborhood to talk with the community face-to-face. They hope the rescue of Amanda, Gina and Michelle is only the beginning of the changing of this neighborhood.
