GREEN -- A pair of 19-year-old men have been arrested in connection with a robbery that happened nearly two months ago at Thomas' Drive Thru in the 3500 block of South Arlington.

The Summit County Sheriff's Office says Kenneth Simmons and David Murren III, both of Green, were taken into custody Monday for aggravated robbery in connection with the incident.

Authorities allege that Simmons and Murren entered Thomas' Drive Thru around 10 p.m. March 29 wearing dark clothing and ski masks where two employees were robbed of cash and cell phones.

Upon investigating the scene, authorities say DNA retrieved from the scene matched an individual in the database.

The Summit County Sheriff's office says additional evidence was also found after conducting a search of Murren's residence.

A third male was arrested on unrelated drug charges when authorities say the search of Murren's home revealed 18-year-old Brian Rubino was allegedly in possession of hash oil, drug paraphernalia and currency.

All three were taken to the Summit County Jail.
