EATON TOWNSHIP-- The Ohio State Highway Patrol says they've arrested 40 people over the past two weeks on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated in Lorain County.
Of the 40 arrested, 14 refused to take the BAC test. Five people took urine tests and have results pending. Seven people tested at least double the legal limit of .08, with three people testing over triple the legal limit.
These arrests bring the year-to-date total of OVI arrests to 230 reported by the Elyria post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
