CLEVELAND -- Family and friends gathered to remember a young mother whose body was found in an abandoned home over the weekend.
Twenty-year-old Jazmine Trotter, who was reported missing on Friday, was found dead in an abandoned home Sunday afternoon.
Police were called to the scene around 1:30 p.m. when a family member of the victim found the woman's body in the East 93rd Street home. Trotter was originally reported missing by her boyfriend on Friday.
He says Trotter left for work but never made it there. He never heard from her after she left.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner is working to determine how the woman died.
