Honda is recalling some of its minivans and SUVs. It's all due to a risk of rolling away, after the driver has removed the key from the ignition. 800,000 Odyssey minivans and Pilot SUVs from 2003 and 2004 are included. The Acura MDX SUV from 2003 through 2006 is also included. Honda says the problem is that the system that stops the key from being removed unless the vehicle is in park can wear out. The company will begin notifying customers soon.
A lawsuit against FedEx accuses the delivery giant of over-charging business customers over the past five years. The Wall Street Journal is reporting recently unsealed documents show an employee suspected the company of "systematically over-charging." The lawsuit contends FedEx charged business customers residential delivery surcharges and that the company did not correct the problem, even when it was brought to management's attention.
A new survey says JP Morgan Chase is number one when it comes to customer satisfaction. The American Customer Satisfaction Index also says Bank of America has sunk to its lowest level in a decade. The numbers come as credit unions welcome customers who are leaving big banks due to rising fees. That's likely the reason behind Bank of America's decline. Analysts say as more people use smaller banks and credit unions, their approval of banking as a whole increases.
