BEREA -- The condominiums at Parkview Commons are not living up to their name.
Instead of a view of the aprk, residents are stuck looking at trees that are ripped up and powerlines that are torn down.
Ken Less has lived in the building for five years and he's checking on his neighbors, door to door, floor by floor, and he's doing it in the dark.
Some people can't even get out, as they are handicapped and the elevators aren't working.
There's no power, no heat, no phone. As Ken's flashlight battery is losing power, his neighbors are losing their patience.
Ken is concerned that someone is going to get huirt because it's a dangerous obstacle course between the powerlines outside.
