In 1999 Levy threw a cup of sulfuric acid in the face of an East Cleveland woman who had testified against his brother in a drug trafficking case. The woman lost an eye and was disfigured.

Levy was sentenced to 13 years in prison after pleading guilty to felonious assault and retaliation. He was recently released from prison.

A reward is being offered for the information which leads to the arrest of Mario Levy. He is believed to be in the Cleveland area, but had a previous address in the 70 block of Solon Road in Bedford.

Information can be called into the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Hotline at 1-866-4-WANTED, or texted to 847411 (tip411) using the keyword WANTED. Tipsters can remain anonymous and still qualify for reward money.
