STREETSBORO -- A woman has been charged in connection with a crash last week that sent a pick-up truck into a Streetsboro home.

Cynthia Hanish, 48, turned herself in to police today. She's charged with aggravated vehicular assault in the September 7 incident.

Police say Hanish collided with a van when she turned in front of it at the intersection of State Route 43 and Tinkers Creek. Hanish's Ford F150 went off the road and then collided with a home. Police say prior to the collision Hanish had hit a mailbox and speed limit sign. Police say a hospital test revealed a blood alcohol level of .177

A passenger in the van was treated for a broken collar bone.
