CLEVELAND -- A second person has died after a car crashed through a barricade and into a street festival in Cleveland.
A spokesperson at Metro confirms Basil Bass passed away from his injuries on Tuesday.
He's the second person to die from injuries as a result of the crash. Mitchell Andelmo of Avon Lake also died.

A driver crashed into the festival at W. 117th and Clifton on July 29. The street had been blocked off for the Dancin' in the Street celebration.
Police arrested Timothy Spock, 35. He's being held on $150,000 bond following an arraignment on aggravated vehicular homicide.
