CINCINNATI -- Authorities in southwest Ohio say a 2-year-old boy was hurt when his 5-year-old sister climbed into the family's car and released the parking brake, causing the vehicle to roll backward over the toddler.
The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office says the car's owner was outside playing with his children when the accident happened just before 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
The car was parked in a driveway in Anderson Township, east of Cincinnati.
The boy was taken to Cincinnati Children's Hospital for treatment of injuries that weren't considered life-threatening.
