The ACLU today asked a federal judge to issue a preliminary injunction to block the March 4th presidential primary in Ohio's biggest county if a switch to paper ballots from touch-screen machines doesn't allow voters to correct errors. Earlier this month, the ACLU filed suit against the paper ballot plan. The organization says the proposed system would violate constitutional rights because it doesn't allow voters to fix ballot mistakes, like voting for two candidates for one office.
