Green's career night helps Suns edge Thunder

Phoenix, AZ (SportsNetwork.com) - Gerald Green set career highs with 41 points and eight 3-pointers as the Phoenix Suns snapped an 11-game losing streak to the Oklahoma City Thunder with a 128-122 win on Wednesday.

The Suns erased a 16-point third quarter deficit with a huge run that spanned into the fourth quarter to help dispatch the Thunder for the first time since Dec. 19, 2010.

Markieff Morris contributed 24 points, Goran Dragic tallied 22, and Marcus Morris added 15 in the win.

Russell Westbrook filled the stat sheet to the tune of 36 points, nine rebounds and nine assists for the Thunder, who had their three-game winning streak snapped overall.

Kevin Durant deposited 34 points to go along with seven rebounds and five assists, while Serge Ibaka and Caron Butler chipped in with 18 and 14 points, respectively, in the setback.
