CLEVELAND -- Police arrested a man who was in the process of robbing a Charter One bank this morning.
According to police, Fourth District officers responded to the bank, at 16622 Harvard Ave., at 11:20 a.m.
Upon arrival, the saw a male matching the robber's description pacing back and forth.
Officers ordered the man to the floor and he complied. He was arrested without incident.
The male had passed a note to a teller demanding money.
The man was wearing a hard hat and had dreadlocks, but upon arrest it was discovered both were part of his disguise, as he had short hair.
