CLEVELAND -- A Bainbridge Township man has entered guilty pleas to more than two dozen counts of child porn related charges.
According to Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Tim McGinty, Allen Warner, 60, has pleaded guilty to 18 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, five counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, two counts of voyeurism and one count of possessing criminal tools.
Warner is scheduled for sentencing on June 27.
According to prosecutors, between February 1, 2002 and October 17, 2012, Warner allegedly created, downloaded or shared files containing child pornography.
An undercover investigator with Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force helped lead to Warner's arrest. The investigator responded to an ad that prosecutors say Warner had placed online looking for adults to "share secretly recorded videos of their loved ones" either in the nude or in a sex act. Warner, according to prosecutors indicated he had such videos of his own family members that he also wanted to share.
Officers arrested Warner on October 17, 2012 when he arrived at a pre-arranged location thinking he was meeting a dad willing to record his own daughter in the nude.
