CLEVELAND -- A water main break at the border of Cleveland and East Cleveland is leaving only two lanes getting by on Euclid Avenue at Ivanhoe Road.
The break was reported before 3:45 a.m. a few hundred feet from the intersection.
Part of the south side of Euclid Avenue is buckled and water is flooding the street.
Traffic cannot cross from Ivanhoe Road to Belvoir Boulevard. Drivers will have to detour to Hillsboro Road. St. Clair Avenue can also be used as a detour.
Cleveland Water crews are at the scene. One eastbound lane and one westbound lane have reportedly been set up around the break.
