ROCKY RIVER -- A local school is trying something a little different to celebrate Earth Day.

Magnificat High School will honor Earth Day with a "No Paper Day."

Copy machines, faxes and printers will be shut down throughout the campus.

Teachers will give paperless exams and lessons -- by using iPads and iPhones.

Students will also use video presentations.

The school's director of educational technologies came up with the idea after documenting Magnificat uses more than 4,000 pieces of paper daily.
