EASTLAKE -- Just before noon Sunday, police were called to the Windsor Lodge Apartments for a criminal damaging and domestic violence report.
The caller, 32, told police her estranged husband, 35, arrived at her apartment and became upset because she had company.
An argument started and she said she was struck by an Easter basket her estranged husband brought with him to give to her.
She said she threw it back at him and then he left. She added that before her estranged husband drove away, she noticed that her car had fresh damage that was not there prior to his visit.
The report has been sent to the prosecutor's office for review of possible charges.
