A local church is breaking records with an Easter Egg Hunt for thousands of people.
Spring is finally in the air -- and just in time for Journey Community Church's annual event.
An estimated 12,000-15,000 people showed up in Fairview Park for the largest egg hunt the church has ever organized.
Kids, with some help from their parents, tried to collect as many colorful eggs as possible. After all, they're filled with candy, stickers and other fun things.
"We really do believe as a church that our job is to serve the community with no strings attached to show the love of God, and over this Easter weekend," said Lead Pastor Jim Wilkes.
"We couldn't think of any other better way to do that than an Easter egg hunt." Up for grabs? About 150,000 eggs!
