CUAYHOGA FALLS -- At 8 a.m. Friday, the Cuyahoga Falls Police Detective Bureau executed a search warrant at a home on 3rd Street.
Detectives had information from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, which indicated that child pornography was being downloaded at that location.
At the time of the warrant, Eric F. McBride, 43, was taken into custody.
He was charged with pandering obscenity involving a minor, a second-degree felony.
McBride was booked into the Summit County Jail pending his arraignment on Monday.
Police say a large amount of evidence was collected during the search and further charges are possible after Detectives review the evidence.
