BEREA --North Rocky River Drive has re-opened after an early Thursday morning crash police said.
The road was closed from Grayton Road to Depot Street.
A driver lost control of his car going around the curve, spun out and hit a pole.
The pole was cracked and wires were hanging over the road and railroad tracks.
The driver was taken to Southwest General Health Center.
Railroad workers will be in the area testing to see if train traffic can safely travel on the overpasses.
