CLEVELAND -- Local news crews discovered a stabbing victim near the scene of an overnight double shooting on Cleveland's east side.
A WKYC news crew was at the scene of a double shooting at East 71st and Harvard Avenue and saw nearby man stumbling down the street, bleeding from the torso.
The WKYC crew, along with another local news crew, notified police so they could help him.
The victim did not know if he had been shot or stabbed at the time. Emergency crews say he was stabbed.
The man was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center and his condition is not known.
Police do not suspect that the shooting and stabbing incidents are related.
