CLEVELAND -- A car crashed into a pillar supporting the roof over the porch of a west side home in Cleveland early Tuesday morning.
The crash was reported shortly after midnight in the 4000 block of Schiller Avenue in Cleveland's Old Brooklyn neighborhood.
The car, which appeared to be a yellow Pontiac Sunfire, struck the right side of the front porch on the house.
Residents do live inside the home but no injuries were reported, police said.
Officials did not commment on the status of the driver.
The scene was taped off, but the car was not removed overnight because the car was holding up the brick pillar that holds up the roof on that side of the home.
There is no timetable for when the car will be removed.
