AKRON -- A weekend house party on Spicer Street turned into a robbery when two uninvited guests arrived.
According to Akron Police, it happened around midnight Friday when two uninvited males entered the house and started trouble. When three females asked the suspects to leave, the men ran upstairs and locked themselves in a bedroom where they allegedly ransacked the belongings inside.
As the suspects fled the scene after reportedly taking an iPod, a debit card and $200 in cash, two of the victims chased after them and demanded their belongings. In response, police say the suspects pulled out handguns and threatened to kill them.
The victims ran back to their house and called police.
The suspects then fled in a dark-colored Cadillac that was parked on Nash Street.
