CLEVELAND -- The driver of stolen SUV that ran over and killed its owner is due in Cleveland Municipal Court at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday in Courtroom D on aggravated murder murder charges.
Jorge L. Martinez, 24, was arrested and charged in the death of Buddy Blair, 44, on West 98th Street Saturday night.
Blair was killed while trying to recover his carjacked SUV.

A man borrowing his friend's SUV was reportedly carjacked by a group of people -- two men and two women -- carrying baseball bats and knives shortly before 4 a.m.
The man ran from the group of carjackers and called police. While police were interviewing the victim, Blair was being interviewed by police down the street, near West 98th Street and Madison Avenue.
While being interviewed, he spotted his stolen vehicle. He yelled, "that's my car right there," police said. Blair grabbed onto the luggage rack on the roof of the car as Martinez tried to drive off.
Martinez lost control of the car and hit a tree, a pole and a fire hydrant before flipping the car onto its side. Police found Blair critically injured and unconscious after the crash and he died moments later.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office was called to the scene where they removed his body. The fire hydrant was hit so hard, it landed several front yards away from the crash.
Police caught Martinez in a nearby back yard and the others were arrested for aggravated robbery motor vehicle.
Police towed another vehicle in connection with the robbery.
