CLEVELAND -- If you're looking for Casino parking downtown, your best bet is on the street.
But those are some tough odds. If you want a sure thing, you'll have to pay for it.
And the Horseshoe Cleveland's parking garage may cost up to $35 a car.
People WKYC talked to Friday night said they were not going to pay that much money. They may head further east, and the further east or away from the casino you go, the better & cheaper.
Clevelanders said anything over $20 or $25 seems excessive, especially when normal parking lot fees for downtown events range between $10 -$25 and the lot across the street costs just $10 --for now!
Many believe the parking garages and parking lots around town will eventually go up in price. They could double, triple, or even quadruple.
But that's still cheaper than the luxury option. Valet parking at the casino will cost $70. You heard that right.
Luckily for you, WKYC knows how to get it for free.
To park for free, you need to register for a "rewards card." Swipe that card before you play a game.
If you gamble for 30 minutes, parking is free.
For free valet, you need to be a Diamond member and that basically means you spend a lot of money in there.
But if you plan on coming down to just check the casino out and not play, don't park there and do not valet.
