Cleveland: Police arrest suspect after SWAT called to house Saturday

CLEVELAND -- Cleveland Division of Police Spokesperson Sgt. Sammy Morris  tells WKYC-TV David Presley Jr has been arrested after the SWAT team was called to an east side home Saturday.

According to police, a Presley supposedly barricaded himself in a home and refused to come out. After gaining entry to the home and conducting a search, they found that no one was there.

The house is located near E. 36th Street and Central Avenue.

Police caught up with Presley on E.93rd and Wade Park Avenue just after 11 p.m. 

Presley was arrested without incident.
