AKRON -- FBI wiretaps played in federal court Tuesday morning show that a $279,900 two-bedroom, two-bath luxury condo at The Plaza at Stonebridge on the West Bank of the Flats in Cleveland was made available without charge to then-Cuyahoga County Commissioner Jimmy Dimora for sexual trysts and poker games with other county employees that he referred to as "the guys."

FBI Special Agent Michael Massie testified most of Tuesday morning regarding multiple wiretaps, mostly recorded in April, 2008.

The wiretaps, made during April, 2008, show that Dimora asked for the keys to a Stonebridge unit and had J. Kevin Kelley ask Kevin Payne to set it up.

Kelley is a former employee of the county engineer and has already pleaded guilty. Payne is also a former engineer's employee who pleaded guilty in the probe. Payne has since died.

In an April 3, 2008 wiretap, Kelley is heard telling Payne that Jimmy needs the unit "Yeah, he's got a Saturday night adventure...Saturday afternoon...", referring to a sexual tryst.

Kelley says"Jimmy still has the garage door opener, so he's ready to go..," referring to the Stonebridge garage door opener Dimora used when visiting a previous unit that Dimora used.

Massie testified regarding the wiretaps. He said the opener meant Dimora had access previously to the underground garage.

The Stonebridge is also where the Cuyahoga County Engineer's office is located.

Payne told Kelley he could not give Dimora the same unit at Stonebridge because it had been sold but would work on another place for Dimora or another unit.

Payne got the key to the penthouse at Embassy Suites in Reserve Square in downtown Cleveland for Dimora but Dimora and Kelley felt it was "too public."

Stonebridge and Reserve Square are both owned by the K&D Development. K&D is owned by Doug Price and Bob Corna is the architect who designed both buildings.

Payne eventually got Dimora a key to Unit 808 at Stonebridge.

On April 5, 2008, Kelley said that Dimora and he were going to Las Vegas April 6, 2008, and that Dimora "should just wait until the next day (to have sexual relations)" while he was in Las Vegas, instead of trying to have sex with someone the night before the Vegas trip.

On April 4, Payne said he got the keys to Unit 808 and called Kelley, then Dimora is heard telling Kelley that "I'll have it for the future too.." meaning that he could access the unit anytime now that he had the keys.

Dimora, Kelley, Michael Gabor, Frank Russo, Michael Calabrese, Joe Vincieguerra, Robert Rybak and Ferris Kleem were all in Las Vegas April 6-9, 2008.

Dimora and Kelley also set up a poker game in the Stonebridge Unit 808 for April 17, 2008.

Kelley and Dimora discussed the plans for the game on the phone and that Dimora suggested getting a woman for "Rob" who was coming to the game.

Dimora was recorded as saying, "Get the one with the thing in her tongue..."

Massie said the FBI had surveillance on the Stonebridge condo the night of the poker game and took pictures of Dimora and Gabor arriving. They also have photos of Kelley arriving at the condo.

Several of the men were also photographed at on the balcony of Unit 808 and were also seen playing cards through the window.
