CLEVELAND -- Police say that at 7:55 a.m. Tuesday, a student, 13, from Holy Name School at 8326 Broadway Avenue said he was dropped off by his mother when he was approached by a man who grabbed him from behind and dragged him  to a vehicle.

He was forced into the back seat of the vehicle and then forced to ingest drugs at knife-point.

The man then left the scene with him in the rear seat of the vehicle and traveled northbound on Broadway. In the area of Broadway and Union avenues, he found a beer bottle on the rear floorboard of the vehicle and threw it at the driver.

The bottle broke on the steering wheel, which allowed the teen to escape through the rear door. The teen then ran to a relative's home.

The man is descibed  about 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing about 200 pounds, with a muscular build, a low haircut, wearing a red Chicago Bulls baseball cap with Bull's logo on the front, beige cargo pants, black zip-up jacket, and dirty gym shoes that were grey, white and red in color.

Police say he described the vehicle as an older model dark green Chevy 4-door.

If you know anything about this incident, please call Cleveland police.
