SOLON -- A 35-year-old man was arrested Wednesday night after police say he was driving under the influence.
According to Solon Police, it was around 9:05 p.m. when they responded to reports of an erratic driver westbound on Bainbridge Road toward Harper Road.
Officers found a car stuck in the snow by 30000 Bainbridge Road with a man in the driver's seat who "seemed incoherent."
When asked to turn off the car, police say the man, identified as Charles Smith, 35, of Maple Heights, began spinning the radio dial.
When asked if he knew where he was, authorities say he stated, "Here."
After submitting to a Breathalyzer test, police say the result was .059.
