SANDUSKY -- If convicted, the man charged with killing three people earlier this month -- including two young children -- could face the death penalty.
Curtis Clinton,41, was indicted Wednesday on five counts of aggravated murder, three counts of rape and one count of aggravated burglary.
The charges came after the bodies of Heather Jackson and her children, 3-year-old Celina and 18-month-old Wayne, were found in their home earlier this month. All three had been strangled to death.
Last week, a judge set Clinton's bond at more than $3 million -- $1 million for each aggravated murder charge and $25,000 for an unrelated rape charge.
Clinton had been released from prison six months ago after serving 13 years for involuntary manslaughter in the death of an 18-year-old woman in western Ohio.
