Brooklyn Police Officers responded after a domestic dispute call was made from the restaurant.

Shortly after arriving on the scene, police say Allen shot and killed his wife and two daughters, then came outside and brandished a loaded shotgun at police officers

That's when police fired upon Allen, killing him.

Mason stated, "After reviewing the facts surrounding this tragic case, my office found that the officers' actions throughout this incident were appropriate."
