CARLISLE TOWNSHIP -- The discovery of marijuana plants on a vacant home's porch has led to two arrests with charges pending against a third person.
A neighbor on Edgewood Drive called police after finding the plants. Deputies searched the home's lot and found additional plants. A short time later, two young men arrived at the house on dirt bikes and were taken into custody.
The men, ages 19 and 18, told deputies they had taken the plants from another home on Edgewood Drive. The plants were confiscated and the two face charges of burglary, cultivation of marijuana and tampering with evidence.
The homeowner from the house where the two men say they took the plants is facing possible charges as well.
