CLEVELAND -- Police are offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest of a man suspected of raping four women in the areas of E. 79th Street and Kinsman Avenue and E. 88th Street and Union Avenue.
He is described as in his late thirties/early forties, standing about 5'6" tall with a medium build. He has a dark complexion, a black beard with a gray patch and a scar or scratches on his cheek.
Police and the Cleveland office of the FBI held a press conference Monday to ask for the public's help in getting the suspect off the streets.

In one incident, back in December 2010, he is wanted for the sexual assault of an 18-year-old woman.
The sexual assault occurred in the early morning hours in the area of E. 79th Street and Kinsman Avenue on Cleveland's east side.
At the time of the assault, police say the man brandished a small, black semiautomatic pistol. After the sexual assault, he ran off east through the Garden Valley Apartments.
