Staying fit in the winter is hard enough but, when you add in the cold and flu seasons, many people find it difficult to stay on track.
Channel 3's Maureen Kyle talks with Dr. Susan Joy of the Cleveland Clinic about when it's OK to stay on the treadmill and when you should take a day off.
If you work out and feel worse, go see your physician. Don't push yourself when you're sick.
