Akron: Man wanted for allegedly shooting at former workplace

AKRON -- Police want to locate man who allegedly fired shots at the exterior of a company he had recently been fired from.

Akron Police say it was shortly after 3 p.m. Saturday when the owner of Premier Auto Sales, in the 1100 block of South Arlington Street, reported that Jeremiah Rowe, an ex-employee, drove into the lot and opened fire at the building.

Rowe, 29, of West Thornton Street in Akron, had reportedly been fired the week before.

Police say he is wanted for improperly discharging a firearm, weapons under disability and aggravated menacing.
