FBI: Reward offered in bank robberies

CLEVELAND -- A reward is being offered for anybody with information leading to the identification and arrest of a man who has robbed five banks throughout Northeast Ohio since July 2.

The FBI says each of the bank robberies has occurred at locations inside grocery stores. The majority of the robberies happened on a Friday afternoon between 4-6 p.m.

Authorities say the suspect has either shown a weapon in his waistband or has indicated that he had a weapon with him during the robberies.

Here's a breakdown of each robbery:

July 2: U.S. Bank, located inside the Fishers Food store at 4403 Cleveland Avenue NW, Canton, Ohio.

July 20: U.S. Bank, located inside the Giant Eagle on Graham Road, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.

July 27: Huntington Bank, located inside the Giant Eagle at 4700 Belmont Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio.

August 3: Huntington Bank, located inside the Giant Eagle at Washington Square, North Canton, Ohio.

August 10: Huntington Bank, located inside the Giant Eagle at 608 Raff Road SW, Canton, Ohio

Anybody with information regarding these robberies is asked to call their nearest FBI office.
