BEACHWOOD -- The Cuyahoga County Library and the Cleveland Jewish News will host a 60-minute mayoral debate at 7 p.m. tonight (Oct. 15) at the library's Beachwood branch.

Parking is available at the library as well as Beachwood Middle School. Access can be gained from Shaker Boulevard or Richmond Road.

Longtime Mayor Mayor Merle S. Gorden and Beachwood City Councilman Brian Linick will face each other.

WKYC's The Investigator Tom Meyer confirmed that a group of "concerned taxpayers" wants to take a closer look at some of the additional benefits that Gorden seems to be getting.

They've requested that Ohio Auditor Dave Yost's office do some investigating in a special audit.
