AKRON -- Early Sunday evening, U.S. District Judge Sara Lioi posted the official schedule for the final week of the trial of Jimmy Dimora and co-defendant Michael Gabor.

As Channel 3 reported all weekend, the jury is now expected to get the case either late Thursday or first-thing Friday.

According to Lioi, this week's schedule will be as follows:

Only Lioi, the attorneys and defendants Jimmy Dimora and Michael Gabor were in court starting at 9 a.m. Monday, as they are finalizing jury instructions and reading the last of the evidence into the court record.

Starting at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, expect the jury to return as Lioi will deliver the jury instructions to the jury and recite all the charges, something that is expected to take most of the day.

Starting at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, closing arguments will begin, with Assistant U.S. Attorney Antoinette Bacon likely delivering the closing argument for the prosecution.

Then Dimora's defense attorneys, either Andrea or Bill Whitaker, will deliver their closing argument.

Starting at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, expect Gabor's attorney Leif Christman to deliver his closing argument, followed by the government's rebuttal.

We expect the jury to get the the case for deliberation sometime Thursday afternoon or first-thing Friday morning.

How long the jury will take in its deliberations is anyone's guess. Stay with Channel 3, and follow wkyc on Twitter @wkyc for the latest updates.

WKYC will bring you the verdict as soon as it comes down.
