FREDERICK, Maryland -- Rain, wind and flooding are causing problems in Frederick,  Maryland.

Caroll's Creek is over its banks. Channel 3's Sara Shookman has been reporting for our Gannett stations on the impact of Hurricane Sandy in the Frederick, Maryland area.

She reports that some residents of Rehoboth Beach traveled to Frederick to avoid the major impact of the storm, but are still seeing light rain and big wind gusts.
