EASTLAKE -- Less than a day after Channel 3 News exposed X-rated games being played at City Hall, one employee has called it quits.
Building Inspector Rich Vild dropped his pants in front of two women co-workers in September while they were standing in the parking lot of a Wickliffe night club, Mayor Ted Andrzejewski told Channel 3 Thursday.

Vild also sent a photo of his genitalia to a different female colleague's cell phone.
Soon after Vild reported to work Friday morning, he met with the mayor behind closed doors at City Hall. When Vild came out, he was no longer a city employee.
The mayor's office simply said Vild resigned.
Vild, as well as the city's mayor, finance director and law director did not return calls for comment.
Vild told the Investigator Tom Meyer yesterday that he made a mistake
"It was something that ... I regret," Vild said. "A couple people go out and have a couple drinks and people coerce you into doing something.
"There were other people there who were supposed to do the same thing. I left after that, so I don't know what happened," Vild added.
But then Vild said that fellow employees need to be held accountable for swapping graphic photos of men using city computers and on city time.
"I'm not the only one who was wrong in the building department," Vild said. "I gave them a list of complaints about what other people are doing."
Vild filed a complaint a few days ago about the graphic photos being shared among the women in the office.
The mayor said he knew nothing about it until Channel 3 told him.
"We will investigate, take action, take action swiftly, and appropriate people will be disciplined," Andrzejewski told Channel 3 Thursday.
