Back in June, The Investigator, Tom Meyer, reported on juvenile, convicted sex offenders attending local high schools.

Now, he's learned that one of those sex offenders attending Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School has been found "delinquent of rape."

The verdict of delinquent in the juvenile court system is the equivalent of guilty in the adult court system.

The school superintendent is now consulting with district lawyers and prosecutors to determine what to do with the student.

"We want to make sure all of our students are safe, take every precaution we can, whether it's with this child or any other student in our school to make sure the rest of our students, staff, parents and visitors are in safe places," said Superintendent Scott Prebles.

This is the third time the juvenile has been accused of rape.

In one case he was found not guilty and he pleaded to a lesser offense in the other previous case.

The teen will be sentenced in two-weeks.
