The developers of the website, Jeff Shane and Jessica Connally, encourage victims to post a "quib," detailing their experience with bullies. Users who post "quibs" remain anonymous.

Last week, the Investigator Tom Meyer identified the school districts in northeast Ohio which discipline students most often for bullying.  He found that many of the disciplinary actions were taken as a result of students reporting the incidents to school administrators.

Shane says users of Quibber can click a button called "I understand" to let the author of the quib know that there is someone else who is experiencing the same problem.

Shane says he's pleased with the response the web site has received.  In only a few days, 260 users have posted nearly 400 quibs.
