What if you could prevent even one family from hearing the words "you have cancer?"

Mercy Cancer Center is partnering with the American Cancer Society to host an enrollment campaign for a very important cancer research study called the Cancer Prevention Research Study (CPS-3).  The purpose of CPS-3 is to enroll men and women across the U.S. to participate in a study that will help researchers better understand the lifestyle, environmental and genetic factors that cause or prevent cancer and will save lives.  To qualify, you need to be 30-65 years old with no prior diagnosis of cancer with the exception of basal or squamous skin cancer.

Enrollment is taking place at several Mercy locations in June.

In order to expedite the enrollment process and ensure all interested participants can be accommodated, we strongly encourage everyone to register ahead of time at

Start registering now and encourage your family, neighbors and friends to participate too!

If you have questions, contact the Mercy Cancer Center at 330-430-2788.
