Cleveland: Student loan interest rates double, coeds scramble

CLEVELAND -- College debt is already up to $1 trillion and now interest rates on government subsidized loans is doubling.

Congress left Friday for the July 4th holiday week without reaching a deal, which is making many students and families mad.

Education Reporter Kim Wheeler talked to some college students Monday about it.
