STRONGSVILLE -- Police tell Channel 3 that they arrested and charged a Strongsville teacher at 5:35 a.m. Wednesday after he was repeatedly warned to keep the driveway clear at Center Middle School and he did not comply.

Police say they charged Ian Steffen, 37, of Medina, for persistent disorderly conduct.

Police say he reportedly continued to attempt to impede traffic in the area of Pearl Road near Center Middle School after repeatedly receiving audible directions from a uniformed officer to clear the driveway.

He was charged and his case will be heard at 9:30 a.m. March 25 in Berea Municipal Court.
